Please note: Clearance items do not apply to the $1.98 unlimited returns. They are FINAL SALE and you will not be able to return them in the portal. If you do purchase this and only have clearance items, the $1.98 will NOT be refunded as we have to pay this to another vendor.

Return Policy for In Person Events:

1) During an event we allow exchanges and returns for store credit. Once the event is over, ALL sales are final.

2)We HIGHLY recommend you try the item on if you have any doubts. We want you to feel your best!

3) Reminder: Clearance items are always FINAL SALE.

 

Return Policy for Online Returns:

To start a return, go to our return portal here. This will only work for online orders.

You may make a return to our store with 14 days for store credit. We do not do exchanges as our items are limited and can sometimes sell out quickly. Once item(s) are received, we send a gift card to your email for the value of the item(s).

Please note: All clearance is Final Sale so no returns will be made. 

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, please email orders@darlinsmodestwear.com with a valid reason as to why you still need to return the item.

To be eligible for a return:

1)Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tag must be left on and free of any marks, stains, makeup, etc.

2) Start a return in our return portal here.

3)Darlin's Modest Wear can reject your return if your item does not meet the criteria above.

4)Please send your return in the mail within 3 days of submitting your return. If it gets sent past this, you risk your return getting rejected. 

IMPORTANT: Do not send a return without first requesting approval. This could cause your return to be rejected.

If you have emailed us and have not received a response, please check your junk/spam folder before reaching back out.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you do not purchase the $1.98 Redo Free Unlimited Returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The only exception is if there is a defect in the item (Defects are only on items that are not AS IS). Please email us with pictures and/or video of the defect which will be examined before the return is accepted. In this case, we will send you a return label. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
